Refund and Returns Policy for RolexGlasni

At RolexGlasni, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality vehicles and excellent customer service. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which vehicles purchased from us can be returned or refunded. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, and we are committed to resolving any issues that arise in accordance with this policy.


1. Returns of Purchased Vehicles

We understand that purchasing a vehicle is a significant decision, and while we do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your choice, we recognize that sometimes circumstances change. If you wish to return a vehicle, the following conditions apply:

1.1. Return Eligibility

  • New Vehicles: If you purchase a new vehicle and decide to return it, you must do so within 7 days of the purchase date. The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, with no damage, modifications, or excessive wear.
  • Pre-Owned Vehicles: For pre-owned vehicles, returns are only accepted if the vehicle has significant defects or if it fails to meet the specifications outlined in the sales agreement. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Mileage Limit: For both new and pre-owned vehicles, the return is only eligible if the mileage on the vehicle has not exceeded 500 miles after delivery.

1.2. Return Process

If you wish to return your vehicle, you must contact our customer service team at (608) 297-2532 or via email at info@rolexglasni.com within 7 days of delivery. You will be asked to provide the following details:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Vehicle details (make, model, VIN)
  • Reason for return

Once we receive your request, we will evaluate the situation and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.


2. Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes a refund is the best solution. Our Refund Policy applies to all eligible returns, and refunds will be issued according to the following terms:

2.1. Refund Process

Once a return has been approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Cash or Bank Transfer Payments: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or check, depending on the original payment method.
  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original card used for payment.

2.2. Deduction of Fees

Please note that any applicable fees may be deducted from the refund amount. These include:

  • Delivery charges (if applicable)
  • Document preparation fees (if applicable)
  • Restocking fees (for returned vehicles)

We will notify you in advance of any fees that may be deducted.

2.3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Vehicle registration fees
  • Taxes
  • Insurance premiums
  • Financing charges
  • Optional add-ons (e.g., extended warranties, accessories)

3. Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase but would prefer to exchange the vehicle for another, we offer an exchange option under the following conditions:

  • The vehicle is exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • The vehicle has not been driven more than 500 miles.
  • The vehicle is in its original condition, with no damage or alterations.

Exchanges are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the vehicle chosen for exchange. If the exchange vehicle is priced higher than the original purchase, the customer will be responsible for the price difference.


4. Vehicle Defects and Warranty

If your vehicle has defects that are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, or if it is subject to a recall, we will work with you to address the issue. You may be eligible for:

  • Repair or replacement of defective parts
  • Warranty services provided by the manufacturer or extended warranty provider
  • Free maintenance services (if applicable)

Please note that returning a vehicle due to a minor defect or cosmetic issue will not be eligible for a full refund, unless the issue impacts the vehicle’s functionality or safety.

5. Exclusions from Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

  • If the vehicle has been damaged after delivery (e.g., accidents, vandalism, or neglect).
  • If the vehicle has been altered or modified after purchase.
  • If the vehicle is used for commercial purposes (e.g., as a rental, delivery vehicle, or fleet).
  • If the vehicle exceeds 500 miles from the original delivery mileage.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order prior to the delivery of the vehicle, please notify us immediately. Cancellations made before delivery will not incur any fees, and any payments made will be fully refunded.

If the vehicle has already been shipped or delivered, the terms of our Returns Policy will apply.
